Zichron Yaakov city council has tried to shake off an agreement to change the city building plan of wide span projects ranging from holiday apartments to residential apartments.
Haifa district court has rejected the council’s arguments for not changing the city building plan, and has forced the council to comply with the signed agreement.
In the verdict, the argument to cancel the agreement with entrepreneurs on ground of money laundering was also rejected.
